• No vehicles travel behind our guests delivering luggage – everything is carried in saddlebags.

• Expeditions immerse guests in responsible living and encourage long-term respect and protection of our countryside.
• We use recycled paper for stable bedding.
• We assess our business partners’ environmental action plans and ensure that they fit within the principles of Travels on Horseback.

• The most important people to Travels on Horseback are our guests. We will always undertake to treat you with the utmost courtesy and concern, to deliver everything you hope for, and perhaps a bit more, and to ensure you leave your holiday happy.

• We operate a loyalty scheme for all our guests – for every repeat booking we will give you and party 5% off the full booking rate, without exception.
• For our hacking customers we’ll give you a free hour’s riding each time you refer a friend, and your sixth great ride is always free!

• Our guarantee is that we are so confident you’ll love Travels on Horseback that if you don’t have a wonderful holiday, we’ll refund half the cost.
