how to use the availability calendar

1. Click through the months using the orange arrows to see availability.
2. Then enter your holiday dates, number of people, rooms, and horses required for hire, and click on 'Book now' or 'Reserve'.
3. Your information will be emailed to Travels on Horseback and we will contact you to either confirm your booking or discuss your requirements if you have chosen ‘Reserve'.

how to pay

When you book a holiday you will be given payment instructions in your confirmation email. The deposit for your holiday, 20% of the total, is due within one week of booking. The balance is due four weeks before the start of your holiday. Our terms and conditions are available here.
